As a Preferred Owner, you will receive $200 towards the purchase of a new vehicle plus $25 towards your next service visit just for signing up! Plus, you will continue to receive 5% of all future service expenditures credited towards your service balance total. And, when you shop with Points Plus through your own Preferred Owner portal, you can receive 1% - 35% in additional service credits with no maximum. That adds up to real money!
Crawford’s Preferred Owners can choose from more than 400 major retailers carrying thousands of name brands, everything from electronics, home improvement, sporting goods, computers, apparel, travel, music, movies and more!

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR CRAWFORD BUICK GMC PREFERRED OWNER PROGRAM
Rewards are not redeemable with other GM sales discounts (i.e. GM Supplier, GM Employee) except for Active and Reserved Military, but may utilize the Service Rewards program.
Rewards are not redeemable with other advertised specials or coupons.
Rewards are not redeemable for Cash.
Rewards are not redeemable or transferable to any other dealership
Membership cards expire after 2 years.
Rewards are redeemable only on Customer Pay Service work done at Crawford Buick GMC, El Paso, TX. Insurance work excluded.
Dealership reserves the right to change the earnings percent or discontinue the Preferred Owner Program without prior notice.
Reward points may not be combined with other POP accounts.
Earn $10.00 in Service Rewards for new Preferred Owner Program member enrollment referrals. (New member must provide the account # of the member who referred them at time of enrollment.)
Service Rewards are earned on customer pay service. Factory or extended warranty repairs, insurance claims, or deductible charges are not eligible to earn rewards.
Enrolled members receive complimentary TSI inspections (once per vehicle per year, up to $26.75)
Preferred Owner Rewards can be earned or redeemed on any vehicle in your household.
Any items purchased with Reward Dollars cannot be returned for cash. All returned items’ values will be reapplied to the preferred card. Returns are subject to Crawford Buick GMC’s return policy at the time of purchase.
$250.00 maximum rewards redemption per transaction
Rewards cannot be redeemed on the first day of enrollment in the program.
The Preferred Owner Program is open to all retail customers and employees of Crawford Buick GMC who are over the age of 18.
Fleet and wholesale customers are not eligible to participate in the Program.
Participation in the Program constitutes each Preferred Owner’s full and unconditional agreement to these Terms and Conditions.
